Welcome to Domus Alba, a typical Salento house located in the heart of the charming village of Giuliano di Lecce, just a few minutes from the wonderful beaches of southern Puglia.

 

This white house, lovingly renovated in full respect of the traditional “Acqua di Puglia” style, will welcome you with its bright rooms, details in living stone and the relaxed atmosphere of the Mediterranean.

 

The house is spread over several levels and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people:

A fully equipped eat-in kitchen, perfect for slow breakfasts or family dinners.

 

A double bedroom with a futon placed on an elegant brick structure and a scenic bathtub integrated into the space, for moments of true relaxation.

A ducchena (built in stone bench) that functions as a sofa or third bed, as needed.

An en suite bathroom for total comfort.

 

A second double bedroom, more intimate and with an authentic character, featuring whitewashed walls and a private adjoining bathroom.

 

Going up to the terrace, a third double bedroom, intimate and bright, equipped with a small private bathroom and outdoor shower, ideal for enjoying the summer breeze.

 

Outside you will find a small but functional garden with a 2x2 meter micro swimming pool, perfect for cooling off on hot Salento days, and a solarium area (dehor) for sunbathing in complete tranquility.

 

The property also includes a cellar, useful as a storage room for luggage or bicycles, and a panoramic terrace from which to admire the starry sky on summer evenings.

 

Inaugurated on June 30, Domus Alba is equipped with all modern comforts to guarantee you a relaxing and authentic stay, in the heart of the true Salento.

  • High Season (June 16 – August 31): €250 per night

  • Mid Season (June 1 – June 15 and September 1 – September 15): €220 per night

  • Low Season (September 16 – May 31): €200 per night

  • Final cleaning fee: €150 (to be added to the total stay cost)

Details

​

  • Minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights during the rest of the year

  • Check-in: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

  • Check-out: by 10:00 AM

 

No fixed arrival or departure day, but we recommend avoiding Saturday and Sunday.

 

Payments and cancellations

  • 30% of the fee upon booking, non-refundable

  • 70% of the fee 14 days before check in, non-refundable

  • 100% balance if the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in

  • A deposit of €300 will be refunded within 10 days of check-out after making sure there are no damages to the property

  • Cancellation is allowed, but no amount already paid will be refunded (except for the deposit)

  • Payment by bank transfer.

Conditions

  • Pets and pets are not allowed

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the structure, while it is allowed outside

  • Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed

  • The structure can be used as a location for photo shoots and small events. These activities are excluded and must be agreed in advance.
