I TRE CONI

I TRE CONI is a villa composed of three cones, whose presence can be perceived from the outside while the internal ceilings are flat or star-shaped.
The dry stone boundary wall marks the entrance to the property, which is surrounded by land with fruit trees.
The building has been expertly renovated to enhance the native architecture.
The villa is painted white, inside and out, to maintain its historical flavor.
The house is equipped with every comfort and each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom.
The terrace enjoys a breathtaking view of the Coni, and in the evening you can enjoy an aperitif at sunset in front of the fire pit.
On the outdoor patio, overlooked by a centuries-old fig tree, you can have lunch, dinner, and enjoy the Apulian atmosphere.

The I TRE CONI property can be rented either as a private villa or as individual rooms during the low season.

Details

​

  • At least 2 days notice before check-in

  • Minimum stay of 7 nights during the month of August, with arrival and departure on any day

  • Minimum stay of 3 nights during the other periods, with arrival and departure on any day

  • Check-in 16-20

  • Check-out by 10

  • Possibility of early and late check-in €30.00

Payments and cancellations

​

  • 30% of the fee upon booking, non-refundable

  • 70% of the fee 14 days before check in, non-refundable

  • 100% balance if the reservation is made less than 14 days before check-in

  • A deposit of €300 will be refunded within 10 days of check-out after making sure there are no damages to the property

  • Cancellation is allowed, but no amount already paid will be refunded (except for the deposit)

  • Payment by bank transfer.

Conditions

  • Pets and pets are not allowed

  • Smoking is not allowed inside the structure, while it is allowed outside

  • Only guests registered at the time of booking are allowed

  • The structure can be used as a location for photo shoots and small events. These activities are excluded and must be agreed in advance.
