In the heart of the historic center of Matino, a small village about ten km from the splendid sea of Gallipoli, stands the Riad Salentino: an oasis of pure relaxation.

Overlooking a narrow and silent street in the centre, the Riad offers its guests a place to spend relaxing moments surrounded by high white stone walls, giving guests total privacy. The three terraces and the large internal courtyard allow you to organize dinners and aperitifs at sunset or to sip a drink by the pool in the moonlight.

  • 2 days advance notice before check-in

  • Standard check-in: 4pm - 8pm (16-20)

  • Standard check-out: by 10pm (10)

  • Early or late check-in (upon request, €30,00)


Payment and Cancellation

 

  •  30% payment at the time of booking, non-refundable

  •  70% (final) payment 14 days before check-in, non-refundable

  • 100% payment if booking less than 14 days before check-in, non-refundable

  • A security deposit of 300€ will be reimbursed within 10 days of check-

  • out, assuming conditions are respected and no major damage to the property

  • Cancellation is permitted, but any paid amounts are non-refundable (except security deposit)

  • Bank transfer payments

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the home, but outside it is (permitted)

  • Registered guests ONLY

  • The property can be arranged for photo shoots and small events. Professional activities

  • including photo shoots are not included in standard holiday bookings and must be agreed in advance
