• Minimum stay of 7 nights in July and August, with arrival and departure on Saturday

• Minimum stay of 5 nights in all other periods, any arrival and departure day

• Standard check-in: 4pm - 8pm (16-20)

• Standard check-out: by 10 am (10)

Payment and Cancellation

 

• 50% payment at the time of booking, non-refundable

• 50% (final) payment 1 month before check-in, non-refundable

• 100% payment if booking less than 1 month before check-in, non-refundable

• A security deposit of 500€ will be reimbursed within 10 days of check-

• out, assuming conditions are respected and no major damage to the property

• Cancellation is permitted, but any paid amounts are non-refundable (except security deposit)

• Bank transfer payments are recommended; other payments such as PayPal or credit card are available with extra fee

 

Conditions

• Animals/pets are not permitted

• Smoking is prohibited inside the home, but outside it is (permitted)

• Registered guests ONLY; (approval for up to 6 day-time visitors can be requested via email)

• The property has an outdoor security system, which can be deactivated according to the guest’s preferences (indicate this at the time of booking)

• The property can be arranged for photo shoots and small events. Professional activities including photo shoots are not included in standard holiday bookings and must be agreed in advance
