The property is surrounded by lush vegetation, including fruit trees and Mediterranean scrub, ensuring privacy and a relaxing atmosphere.
The accommodation is a traditional lamia, a characteristic Apulian stone dwelling, recently renovated and designed to welcome guests into a comfortable and elegant open-plan space. It features a double bedroom area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower.
Outdoors, a private micro pool offers the perfect refreshment during warm summer days.

Rates:
€ 260.00 per day, from May to September
Security deposit:
€ 500.00
The deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out, subject to inspection of the property.

Payment terms
• 30% of the total amount due at the time of booking (non-refundable)
• 70% of the total amount due 14 days prior to check-in (non-refundable)
• For bookings made less than 14 days before check-in, full payment (100%) is required
• A € 500 security deposit must be paid via bank transfer within 14 days prior to check-in
• All payments must be made exclusively by bank transfer
• All fees are non-refundable, with the exception of the security deposit
