Nel piccolo centro storico di Matino, a pochi chilometri dal mare cristallino di Gallipoli, sorge Casa Rosalia, una confortevole casa vacanze affacciata su una tipica scalinata del Sud Italia, dove gli abitanti del paese erano soliti a trovarsi e a a vivere il quotidiano.

L'antica dimora è stata trasformata in una moderna casa vacanze dove i tradizionali e caldi materiali da costruzione leccesi incontrano un arredamento minimal-chic contemporaneo. 

Dalle terrazze accuratamente restaurate è possibile sorseggiare un aperitivo al tramonto intravedendo in lontananza il mare.

Ad oggi Casa Rosalia sta subendo alcune trasformazioni, tra cui l'aggiunta di una piccola piscina sul tetto, al fine di rendere la struttura completa di tutti i comfort di cui l'ospite ha bisogno.

Payment and Cancellation



  • 30% payment at the time of booking, non-refundable

  • 70% (final) payment 14 days before check-in, non-refundable

  • 100% payment if booking less than 14 days before check-in, non-refundable

  • A security deposit of 200€ will be reimbursed within 10 days of check- out, assuming conditions are respected and no major damage to the property

  • Cancellation is permitted, but any paid amounts are non-refundable (except security deposit)

  • Bank transfer payments are preferred

  • Smoking is prohibited inside the home, but outside it is (permitted)

  • The property can be arranged for photo shoots and small events. Professional activities
